About

Who I Am

Hi, I'm Szymon, the founder of Foragerium. I'm a biologist, forager, and wild plants educator, and I'm proud to be a member of the Association of Foragers. My goal is to inspire you to live seasonally, become more self-sufficient, and reconnect with nature—not just for the health of our planet, but for your own well-being.

My Background

Growing up in rural Poland, I learned the value of living in harmony with the seasons. My family’s almost self-sufficient lifestyle taught me that there's a deep connection between nature and our personal development. With a BSc Hons in Environmental Biology, I gained a greater understanding of ecosystems and sustainability, but I also discovered that caring for our environment begins with caring for ourselves.

Mission

We often talk about sustainability and environmental changes, but it's hard to make a positive impact when we're struggling with our own mental and physical health. That's why my mission is to help you cultivate well-being through nature. By reconnecting with the rhythms of the natural world, you can find balance, reduce stress, and build resilience.

What I Offer

At Foragerium, I offer more than just foraging and food preservation workshops. I create experiences that help you embrace the therapeutic benefits of being in nature. From guided walks that teach you about wild edibles to sessions on food preservation and seasonal living, each activity is designed to boost your well-being while fostering a deeper respect for the environment.

Connect

If you're interested in improving your mental health and physical wellness by reconnecting with nature, I invite you to join me on this journey. Contact me to learn about upcoming workshops, private sessions, or other opportunities to explore the benefits of seasonal living.
